This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or tracking tools and does not embed social media plugins. Our fonts are hosted on our own server. We only process personal data where it is technically necessary to run the website, or when you contact us through a form.

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). When a page is accessed, technically necessary data is processed, such as IP address, date and time, the address requested, the referring page, and browser and operating system. This serves to deliver the website and keep it secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Netlify is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, so transfers to the USA are covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission (Art. 45 GDPR).

We manage the website's texts and images with Sanity (Sanity AS, Oslo, Norway). Some images are loaded directly from Sanity's servers. Your IP address is transmitted to Sanity so that the image can be sent to your browser (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Norway is part of the European Economic Area.

When you contact us through the "Become a dealer" or "Find a dealer" form, we process the information you enter – e.g. name, email address, location, company, phone number and your message. We use it to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

The forms are processed and stored by Netlify. If you ask us to find a dealer, we pass your request on to a suitable Equiveron dealer near you so they can get in touch.

We delete the data once it is no longer needed to handle your request and no statutory retention obligations apply. You can withdraw your consent at any time by email.

We link to our Instagram profile. You are only taken to Instagram when you click the link. Meta's privacy policy applies there.

The /studio area is for our team only. Anyone logging in there uses Sanity's login system, which sets cookies for that purpose. This does not apply to ordinary visitors of the website.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing. Simply send us an email.
